We started Alpha Driver Solutions because recruiting was broken in a very specific way

Alpha Driver Solutions is new. Founded in 2026, based in Jacksonville, Florida, operating as a driver recruiting service of Alpha Management and Consulting LLC. We won't pad this page with a fake heritage story or a wall of logos we haven't earned — you'd see through it, and you'd be right to.
Here's what we saw before we started: carriers with 10 to 500 trucks — most of American trucking — are stuck between enterprise agencies that won't return their calls and lead vendors selling spreadsheets of phone numbers at $60–$150 a pop for “qualified” leads that convert to hires around 1% of the time (industry estimates — Unalike / Apex published data). Meanwhile every week a truck sits empty costs $3,000–$5,000 in revenue that never comes back (industry estimates — GetTruckDrivers / AvatarFleet). The dysfunction isn't a driver shortage or a lead shortage. It's the unowned gap between “lead” and “seated driver.” Nobody would take responsibility for that gap on a published price. So that's the company we built.
What we believe

- Speed without sacrificing fit. Minutes-fast response, and still nobody under a 70 Fit Score gets submitted.
- Transparent pricing. Every fee on the website. If we won't publish a number, we don't charge it.
- Automation with a human touch. AI does the 2 a.m. first response; humans do judgment, always clearly distinguished.
- Recruit for retention. Our billing is backloaded to day 30 on purpose. We only win when the driver stays.
How we measure ourselves
The only funnel that matters
Qualified drivers → interviews → orientation → hires → 90-day retention. Never vanity lead counts. Once we have 90 days of real data, the numbers go on this page — the real ones, whatever they are.
