1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of alphadriversolutions.com and the recruiting services of Alpha Driver Solutions, a driver recruiting service of Alpha Management and Consulting LLC (“Alpha Driver Solutions,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or our services you agree to these terms.

2. What we are — and are not

Alpha Driver Solutions is a recruiting/referral/placement organization. We are not an employer of drivers, not a motor carrier, not a DOT consortium/C-TPA, and not a consumer reporting agency. Carriers retain sole and final driver-qualification and hiring authority (49 CFR Part 391) and run their own MVR, PSP, background, and Clearinghouse checks through their own processes. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, and we never promise any driver a job.

3. No fees to drivers

Drivers are never charged fees by Alpha Driver Solutions, for anything. Carrier fees are set out in a written placement agreement; pricing published on this site is launch pricing subject to final confirmation in that agreement.

4. Carrier engagements

Carrier services (Performance Placement, Managed Recruiting, Enterprise RaaS), fees, milestone billing, and the replacement guarantee are governed by the signed placement agreement, which controls over any site summary. Site pages such as /pricing/ and /guarantee/ summarize those terms in plain English.

5. Accuracy of information

You agree that information you submit (driver profile data; carrier job terms, pay packages, and fleet details) is accurate and kept current. We quote carriers' written job terms to drivers verbatim; misrepresented job terms void the replacement guarantee.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no scraping of candidate or pricing data for resale, no submitting false applications or inquiries, no interfering with site operation, and no use of the site to violate any law, including telemarketing and employment laws.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its content, the “Fit Score” and “Carrier Offer Score” frameworks, and our marks belong to Alpha Management and Consulting LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them beyond normal site viewing without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The site and services are provided “as is.” Market figures on this site are industry estimates from published third-party sources, not our performance data, and calculator outputs are estimates, not promises of results. We do not warrant that any seat will be filled within any particular time or that any candidate will accept or retain employment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Driver Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services, and our total liability for any claim relating to a placement is capped at the fees paid for that placement.
