Transparent pricing
Every fee, published.
Because you shouldn’t have to book a demo to see a price. Flat fees per seated driver, milestone-billed across the first 30 days, so our money arrives the same way your value does. No percent-of-salary math, no surprise ad-spend invoices, no annual contract.
Model 1 — Performance Placement
Pay per seated hire
| Position type | Flat fee per seated hire |
|---|---|
| CDL-B (delivery, dump, vocational) | $1,500 |
| CDL-A Local (home daily) | $2,000 |
| CDL-A Regional | $2,250 |
| CDL-A OTR | $2,500 |
| Owner-Operators (lease-on) | $3,000 |
| Teams | $3,500 per team |
| Hazmat / Tanker / Specialized | $3,000–$4,000 (quoted on seat specs) |
What counts as a “seated hire”: the driver completes day 1 of your orientation. Interviews, offers, and no-shows before that point cost you nothing beyond the activation fee.
Milestone billing
How the fee is actually paid
| Milestone | When | Amount | Why it’s structured this way |
|---|---|---|---|
| Activation | Campaign setup, before launch | $500 — credited in full against your first placement fee | Covers campaign build; filters unserious engagements; costs you nothing net once we place |
| Seated | Driver completes orientation day 1 | 45% of fee | You pay the biggest slice only when a driver is in the seat |
| Day 14 | Driver still driving at day 14 | 25% of fee | Early-quit risk stays on us, not you |
| Day 30 | Driver still driving at day 30 | 30% of fee | Nearly a third of our fee rides on the driver lasting the guarantee window |
Worked example — CDL-A OTR at $2,500: $500 activation at signup (credited) → $1,125 at orientation, minus the $500 credit on your first placement = $625 → $625 at day 14 → $750 at day 30. If the driver leaves before a milestone, that invoice never goes out and the replacement search starts free.
Guarantee options
Coverage that outlasts the risk curve
| Coverage | Cost | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| 30-day replacement (standard) | Included | Driver separates within 30 days → free replacement search, no new placement fee |
| 60-day replacement | +15% of fee | Same terms, extended to day 60 |
| 90-day replacement | +30% of fee | Same terms, extended through day 90 — the window where ~35% of new drivers industry-wide quit (industry estimate — FleetOwner / Drive My Way published data) |
Full terms and plain-English exclusions: /guarantee/.
Model 2 — Managed Recruiting
Retainer + reduced placement fees
| Tier | Monthly retainer | Open seats | Placement fee discount |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $1,500/mo | 1–3 | −$500 per placement |
| Growth | $3,000/mo | 4–8 | −$750 per placement |
| Pro | $5,000/mo | 9–15 | −$1,000 per placement |
All tiers include a dedicated recruiter pod, an employer-brand audit, and weekly pipeline reviews. Best for fleets hiring every month — the discounts typically pay back the retainer at steady volume. Details →
Model 3 — Enterprise Recruiting-as-a-Service
15+ seats or ongoing volume
Dedicated recruiting team, Tenstreet/ATS integration, contractual SLAs, quarterly business reviews, and volume placement pricing of $1,200–$1,800 per hire. Custom quoted. Enterprise details →
Launch-partner pilot — first 10 carriers only
Activation waived + 50% off your first placement
In exchange for a written case study, testimonial rights, and three 30-minute feedback calls. That’s the entire discount program; there are no other discounts, so nobody who pays list price is subsidizing somebody’s negotiation skills.

What’s never on the invoice
- Charges to drivers — never, for anything.
- Percent-of-first-year-salary fees (typical agency math: 15–25% of a $76k median driver salary is $11k–$19k — industry estimates, SourceLine/ATA published data).
- Pay-per-lead line items, ad-spend passthrough surprises, or “database access” fees.
