1. Who we are

Alpha Driver Solutions is a driver recruiting service of Alpha Management and Consulting LLC, based in Jacksonville, Florida. We connect CDL drivers with motor carriers. We are not an employer of drivers, not a motor carrier, and not a consumer reporting agency; carriers make all hiring decisions. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information through this website and our recruiting services.

2. Information we collect

  • Driver-provided information: name, phone, email, ZIP code, CDL class, endorsements, experience, equipment history, route and home-time preferences, pay expectations, availability, and other information you self-report in applications and conversations. We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or license numbers through the quick-apply form.
  • Carrier-provided information: contact details, company information, fleet and hiring details submitted through our forms or calls.
  • Consent records: the text of each consent you give, with timestamp, page URL, and related metadata. SMS consent records are retained for at least five years.
  • Usage data: standard technical data (browser, device, pages viewed) as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use information

  • To match drivers with carrier openings and operate our recruiting pipeline (screening, Fit Scoring, scheduling, follow-up).
  • To communicate by call, text, and email consistent with the consent you gave — see our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to any text to stop.
  • To respond to carrier inquiries, prepare offer analyses, and administer engagements.
  • To comply with legal obligations and keep records of consent.

4. How we share information

Drivers: we share your information with a specific carrier only when we have matched you to that carrier and only under your written consent. We do not sell your personal information, we do not distribute bulk lists of driver data, and we do not share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers: we use vendors (e.g., CRM, messaging, hosting) that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Legal: we may disclose information where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. What we are not

We are not a consumer reporting agency and we do not furnish consumer reports. Carriers run their own MVR, PSP, background, and Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse checks through their own consumer reporting agencies and processes, with their own required disclosures and authorizations. The carrier retains sole and final driver-qualification and hiring authority (49 CFR Part 391).

6. Your choices and rights

  • Opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP; HELP for help.
  • Ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting hello@alphadriversolutions.com or writing to us at our Jacksonville, FL address [FULL ADDRESS TBD]. We honor verified requests as required by applicable law.
  • Withdraw a sharing consent prospectively at any time; information already shared with a carrier under your prior consent remains subject to that carrier's policies.

7. Security and retention

We use commercially reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. We retain personal information as long as needed for the purposes above, and consent records for at least five years or as required by law.

8. Children

Our services are for adults eligible for commercial driving employment. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes and contact

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date. Questions: hello@alphadriversolutions.com, or Alpha Driver Solutions, Jacksonville, FL [FULL ADDRESS TBD].
