Three tiers, sized to open seats: Core $1,500/mo for 1–3 seats (−$500 per placement) · Growth $3,000/mo for 4–8 seats (−$750) · Pro $5,000/mo for 9–15 seats (−$1,000). Worked example on Growth: hire four CDL-A OTR drivers in a month and the discounts return $3,000 — the retainer paid for itself, and you got a dedicated pod and always-on sourcing on top. At Core, three placements return $1,500. The break-even is printed right there; if your volume won’t hit it, don’t buy it.
